Privacy
This site works without cookies, without a consent banner and without external services. It stores no personal data. That is not a shortcut but part of the design: an instrument that asks about uncomfortable truths must not measure the people using it.

2 · Visiting the site
The files of this site are served from web space provided by all-inkl.com Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. In doing so, technically necessary log data arises on the server (including IP address, time, file requested) which is required for operation and for defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These logs are not accessed for analytics purposes; the provider deletes them after a short period.
No third-party content is loaded: no fonts from external servers, no maps, no video platforms, no analytics services, no social networks. All fonts and images reside on the same web space as the site itself.
3 · Visit counter
The site counts visits, not people. On the first request per browser session a counter is incremented by one. Only numbers are stored: one total and one value per calendar day. No IP address, no device characteristic and no identifier is stored; individual requests cannot be related to one another.
So that the same browser counts only once per session, an entry is set in the
browser's sessionStorage. That entry never leaves your device and
is deleted when the browser closes. It serves solely to avoid double counting.
Daily values are removed after 40 days, the last 14 are displayed. The figures
are publicly visible under Data set.
4 · The Foresight Check
The check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and the evaluation are computed locally; without your explicit consent none of it leaves your device. If you leave the page, everything is gone — there is no server-side interim storage and no user account.
Contributing to the open data set
At the end of the check you can decide whether your result should enter the open data set anonymously. The box is pre-selected; one click is enough to deselect it. If it is deselected, nothing is transmitted.
In that case, what is transmitted and stored is exclusively:
- the six scores per dimension plus chain, culture and total score,
- the type determined,
- the disorder markers that were set,
- the two optional details on sector and size class, if given,
- the time taken, in seconds,
- the calendar date.
The time taken serves solely to keep obviously unserious entries (under 45 seconds) out of the statistics.
Not transmitted: IP address, time of day, browser identifier, referrer, company name, free text, email address or any other detail about you or your employer. The check deliberately contains no free-text fields.
Neither a person nor an organisation can be determined from these details; they therefore do not constitute personal data within the meaning of Art. 4(1) GDPR. Because the transmission nevertheless rests on your decision, it is designed as consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Withdrawal is technically impossible and also unnecessary: the stored record contains no attribute by which it could be related to you. Only aggregates are published, never individual assessments.
5 · Your rights
You generally have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As no data about you is stored, access and erasure can only relate to the log data arising at the hosting provider. For either, please write to the email address given above.
6 · Changes
Should further analysis be added in future — server-side access statistics, for instance — this statement will be updated beforehand accordingly.
